The sound cure is great for the clearing negative and old energy and bringing positive and new energy to your home or office. There are two types of sound cures: The first one is a ringing type or ones with any other type of sound. The ringing cure is quite powerful but you can use anything that makes a sound to start the cure, such as gongs, wind chimes, and bells. Some of the sound cure benefits are: stimulating new energy, creating harmony, balance and peace.

Wind Chimes can be used or a variety of purposes, indoors and outdoors. The sound helps to attract new energy and stimulate opportunities.

Bells can be used when a chime is inappropriate or if you don’t want to hang wind chimes all over your entire house. The brass bell sitting on a desk can be rung when needed.

Color affects all aspects of your life. Color can be used to adjust the energy of an entire room by simply painting the walls. Color is a powerful way to change a mood or activate the emotions for success.

Below is a list of colors and what they mean:

  • Green – New life, energy, growth, and hope.
  • Purple – Wealth and royalty.
  • Red – Protection, energy, power and activity.
  • Pink – Love, marriage and motherhood.
  • White – Purity, death and cleanliness.
  • Black – Authority and power.
  • Blue – Life, hope, knowledge and life.
  • Yellow – Health, the earth and ground.

Another minor Feng Shui cure is the light cure. It comes in three main types: mirrors, lights and faceted crystal spheres. This cure is used for spaces in need of additional light, cheer and brilliance. The levels of light and the quality of light affect the person in many ways making the light cure a powerful tool in Feng Shui.

The general rule with the light cure is that the brighter the better. Lights used in Feng Shui cures don’t have to be on all the time, but they should be in good working condition. If the bulb burns out in your cure, then the cure is void.

Faceted crystal spheres have many used in Feng Shui. They come in a range of sizes. The recommended sizes are at least 1.5 inches (40 millimeters) to 2 inches (50 millimeters) in diameter. Crystals can shift the energy in a space by redirecting the energy towards a more positive or beneficial location, attracting new energy to another location or protecting you from the poison arrows of energy by refracting and diffusing energy flows.

Mirrors play a very important role in Feng Shui. The best shapes for a mirror for Feng Shui use is the rectangle, square, circular and octagon. The square and rectangle shapes represent balance, while the octagon shape represents power and the circular shape represents wholeness and unity.

Water represents the flow of life, wealth and sustenance. The Water cure can be added to your environment, either on the outside or inside of your home. The flowing water creates a soothing sound and the movement of water over stones and rocks instigates a healthy refreshing release of potentially hazardous negative ions, which in turn brings a sense of well being and makes breathing easier.

Waterfalls and fountains create a new energy flow in any home or office. Moving water can be a very pleasant outdoors and a properly placed fountain has a beneficial and refreshing impact on any home.

Ponds and pools are great water cures as well. The still bodies of water represent stored wealth and depth of knowledge on the property of the home. A few things to keep in mind when adding a water cure. The body of water shouldn’t be to large compared to the house. The clearer your still body of water, the better for your finances and clarity state of mind. Dirty or cloudy water can represent negative financial deals and confusion.

So for those of you who haven’t cleaned your pools, ponds, fountains or waterfalls. Now might be a good time!
